Todays Workout - Don't Stop (believing that you can do this)

100 Sandbag Overhead Press. For each break you need to take, do 100 skips. Keep going until you have completed all 100 reps.


Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

  3. so you're doing the OH presses using an outside grip.? Not pushing up from underneath.? I know either way is fine just wondering how you did the work.

  4. Hi Bryan - yes, I do my OH presses with a neutral grip. Grip position on the bag varies between sets and reps though!

  5. incorporated this into a session the other night,
    100 KB Swings (24kg)
    100 Swipes (2 x club bells - 8kg)
    100 clean and press (31kg Brute Force Bag)

    i think all up was about 25 minutes
