Started with 30k bag but swapped to 20k after 2 rounds. Not very respectable time of 12.56. Will try again with light bag next time. Used single handle for goblet squat - nearest I could come to replicating kettle bell grip. Great circuit for me as I am time poor this month.
That's not a bad time at all, especially as there's quite a few reps to get through in this workout!
