Took a break from the sandb...Just saw your comment. Took a break from the sandbag to try out GSP's Rushfit program to help me prepare for a race. Got a week and a half left of that. Then a little R&R and back to the bag. Mobility is improving thanks to your advice and some help from mobilitywod.com.
