I'll be starting to add your sandbag exercises to my "regime" on Jan 1. Going Whole30 and sandbag fitness as of the New Year. I've got some goals set for April 1. :)
I used a 35kg bag for this - wanted it to be nice and fast! I normally mix up heavy and lighter stuff from session to session. What goals do you have set?
