Todays Workout - Run With It

Find a hill of approximately 100m, with a reasonable incline (anything that doesn't require climbing gear is reasonable). Carry a moderately heavy sandbag to the top any way you can. Once you hit the top perform 20 Sandbag Thrusters. Return to the bottom of the hill and perform 20 Sandbag High Pulls.

Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

Record your time.

100 Sandbag High Pulls,
100 Sandbag Thrusters,
100 Sandbag Zercher Squats,
100 Sandbag Round-the-Worlds (in each direction).

Complete as fast as you can with a light to moderate weight sandbag.

As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes.

Todays Workout - Sandbag Strength

5 Heavy Sandbag Bear Hug Squats,
Max Sandbag Overhead Press.

Rest for 2 - 4 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

5 Heavy Sandbag Shoulder Get Ups,
Max Pull Ups.

Rest for 2 - 4 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

Aim for the heaviest sandbag you can handle for the required reps.
