We post new workouts to try on a weekly basis but below you'll find an archive of some of the past workouts. This is an ever growing list and, to date, we've had well over 300 workouts!
Give them a try and post your performance and/or comments under each post; I'd love to hear how you got on - it definitely helps me get through the workouts when I know that there are other people out there trying them too and maybe it'll help you as well.
