    hey baggers,

continuing on on the results of my second trip through the Rx'd workouts of Matt's Sandbag Fitness book.

the results for week 2 session 1
    22:41 with a 45kg Sandbag (handles)

week 2 session 2 got replaced with 6 hours of loading oak rounds (between 30-60kg into and out of my tailer for firewood) That kicked my ass

    week 3 session 1
    10:45 with a 45kg sandbag (handles)

with regard to this one I would recommend NOT using any handles as they basically cut down on the amount of movement because the start position before they take up weight is about half way up the lift. And lets face 45kg deadlifts are pretty light.

As far as the weights/Strength component goes I have been following the format that Matt put in the book but different lifts owing to equipment/space restrictions.

    Session 1 for me is:
    Single leg Kettlebell deadlifts
    Kettlebell thrusters

    Session 2
    Bench press
    Weighted dips
    Weighted pull ups.

Awesome work as always Josh! An alternative for the deadlifts would be to perform from a platform/step to increase the range of motion.
