10 Sandbag Deadlifts,
10 Sandbag Thrusters,
10 Push Ups,
10 Sandbag High Pulls.

  2. Hi I've just joined your sandbag fitness I've been doing crossfit for a while I've found that it has been giving me joint pain especially in thrusters and squats so I gave sandbag training a go its awesome and cheep it tore me up
