10-1 Sandbag Thrusters, Chin Ups, Sandbag Power Cleans

Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

Record your time.

    undergrasp chin ups (shoulder issue)

    really liked that one, might put on my list of favorites
