10-1 Sandbag Thrusters, Chin Ups, Sandbag Power Cleans

Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    17:32 with 40kg SB

    liked it a lot. Espoecially with a heavier SB. ..... Just needs Burpees.

    Nice time - I think you like Burpees almost as much as I like overhead presses
