Todays Workout - Heatwave

It's hot here. Really bloody hot. Especially when you train in what is essentially a metal box during the hottest part of the day.

10 Heavy Sandbag Bear Hug Squats
10 Sandbag High Pulls

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

Record your score.

Train hard!

    I got through 9 sweaty rounds with a 70kg sandbag for the Bear Hug Squats and 40kg for the High Pulls.

    Hey Ryan, you're on! I lived in Sydney for a year and I remember that heat! Certainly adds an extra element of challenge to the workout.
