This workout is courtesy of longtime Sandbag Fitness follower Josh (i.e. you can blame him). It's called Atlas, presumably because after you finish it you'll feel like you've just spent the past few rounds lifting the moon. It's a real shoulder-killer.
15 Shoulder-to-Shoulder Sandbag Presses
10 Sandbag High Pulls
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 rounds as fast as possible.
Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.
Record your time.
Train hard!
I completed the 10 rounds in 19:00 with a 40kg sandbag - this one was a serious challenge!

So glad that I was lifting sand not iron as I dropped the bag on my head more times than i like to admit after my arms gave out.
I enjoy anything overhead, as you know, but even I was getting a bit worried towards the end. Expecting to be pretty sore today but not too bad at all.
