Todays Workout

20-1 Sandbag Thrusters and Burpees.

Start by performing 20 Sandbag Thrusters then 20 Burpees. Then move onto 19 of each, then 18 etc.

The last round is 1 repetition of each.

Record your time.

Train hard!

  2. Wow! what a smoker. I scaled this down to 15 - 1 and it still took me 28:33. I was using a 70lb bag. Easily my hardest workout in a long time.

    I hate thrusters! Guess that means I should do more of 'em.

  3. It's been awhile since I did this one but still remember how tough it was! I'd have to say that thrusters and burpees are probably my two toughest exercises

    holy crap.

    45.04 with a 25kg SB. Felt good though, probably should have pushed harded (and heavier) but I wanted to pace myself a little just to finish.

    Loved it.

    I always find that ladders like this are as much a psychological challenge as a physical one - getting past the first 5 or 6 higher rep rounds is the key
