Todays Workout

100 Sandbag Thruster Burpees.

Complete as quickly as possible.

Record your time.


  1. WOW! I suck! So my excuses are as follows;
    1) I had a brutal workout the day before and am crazy sore.
    2) MY workouts have been slackin' lately if anything at all.

    But I'm getting my focus back and I decided to tackle this workout today. It looks like this

    first 50 with ~35kg bag = 13:46
    next 50 with ~16kg bag = 10:39

    22:17 but was caught out without my SB so had to use olympic weights. 50% bodyweight (50kg ) total.

    Didnt find it too bad, just a bit of a mind game. Pulled up fine today.

    Hey Josh - those higher rep sets are definitely important to 'game' properly. Do you weigh 100kg?

  7. Hmmm??? no comments on this one in almost 5 years. Must be b/c it's a scary one. I've done this one for the past 3 monday's. Using a 40# bag my times are 21:27 / 19:54 / 20:11. The last one I managed to complete 5 rounds of 20. The first 2 I was able to get 3 rds of 20 before I had to manage my exhaustion.
