Todays Workout - 10 to 1

Sandbag Thrusters (Squat and Press), Press/Push Ups and Knees-to-Elbows.

Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

Men aim for a 50kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!
