     Hello Matt,

    I've been "aiming" at your book for a while, but PayPal does not have my country (Serbia) on its meny, so I cannot buy it through fitedia...on the other hand Amazon only allows Kindle download to customers from the that particular country (USA for amzn,com, UK for amzn.uk etc).

    Did you consider also offering the book via Lulu or another website that operates worldwide?
