Todays Workout - No Easy Way Out

Complete 100 Sandbag Ground-to-Overheads.

Each time you drop the sandbag (you can rest while holding it) there's a 20 Press Up penalty.

Complete the workout as fast as you can and record your time.

Train hard!


  1. 30k bag in 15'00.1. 100 push up penalty. Had to break the session up into 10s then 5s then smaller. Tough session.
