I took the easy way out and used my 17kg bag :) The 36kg would've been ok for squats but way too heavy for the overhead press and I was too lazy to change the bag in between. I need to make myself e.g. a 25kg bag since the jump from 17 to 36 is too big for some exersices. For me this proved out to be a nice lower body blaster. Also I kind of aproached this like the 100 burpee challenge last year, first time is the benchmark on which I hope to better the second time.
Regardless of the bag weight I don't think it's possible to take the easy way out on this one! Definitely good to benchmark workouts the first time out too
6 rounds in 15 mins. I almost puked on the last 3 burpees, which are my downfall. I need to do more burpees.
ReplyDeleteMatthew you're 'evil evil man' for creating this workout. I just love it :D
Nice work Jukka! If it makes you feel any better I'm not a fan of Burpees either! What weight bag did you use?

ReplyDelete6 rounds with a 30k bag. I concur with Jukka, the burpees completely smoked me.
ReplyDeleteNice work David - burpees truly suck!
