Todays Workout - Sandbag Strength

Sandbag Back Squats and Pull Ups. Find the max weight sandbag you can get up onto your shoulders then perform a max set to failure with the weight. Immediately follow this with a max set of Pull Ups. Take a 3 minute rest and then repeat this sequence for a total of 5 rounds.

Record your total score and weight.

Train hard!

    #4 --- 10 @ 60kg - 6
    #5 --- 9 @ 60kg - 7 .... hmmm finished but not really happy.

    stopped squats at first break in rhythm no micro resting.

    apologies for poor results I did this one five minutes after the 31 May workout.

  2. Not bad at all! I managed 119 reps with an 80kg bag and 68 pull ups

    I dont think my bag would fit another 20kg of sand.

  4. Yeah, it's definitely a tight fit! But that extra 20kg's makes a big difference.
