9:25 with 60kg bag. no box so used 3rd step, about 65cm up and deep.
liked the workout but struggled mostly with getting the bag into start position. Let it be said that 60kg of sand sure feels a hell of a lot heavier than 60kg.
Hey matthew have you ever use a slosh bag before?? Basically a large bag that holds water, with handles. Similar to lifting sand bags but a lot more unstable.
