5 Heavy Sandbag Overhead Presses
Max Sandbag Bear Hug Squats
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
Record your max weight lifted and max repetitions for the Sandbag Bear Hug Squats.
Train hard!
