Todays Workout - The Jet

5 Pull Ups
10 Sandbag Push Press
10 Sandbag Shoulder Squats (change shoulder each round)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Men aim for a 30kg sandbag; women aim for 15kg.
