    I did 10 rounds with a 35kg sandbag in 9:47

    horrible - I can feel my sandbag neglect over the past few months

    only excuse is 1500m above normal altitude and 46degrees in the shade.

    I officially hate thrusters

    Hey Josh - 46 in the shade is no fun at all! Thrusters are always one of those go-to exercises I do when I'm short on time as they're so demanding. And the sandbag does not help.
