Todays Workout - Sandbags Suck

100 Sandbag Thrusters,
100 Sandbag Shoulder Squats (alternate shoulders as necessary),
100 Sandbag Cleans.

Complete all reps as quickly as possible.

Record your time.

Train hard!


  1. I'm gonna save this one for when I haven't got toothache. Next week I'm doing this one on video. It'll follow me all the way to the emergency room haha.
