10 Squats, 10 Sandbag High Pulls, 10 Sandbag Push Jerks, 10 Sit Ups. As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.

  4. Was just about the sandbag high pulls. I was unsure about how they'd be performed. I did the workout with cleans and got a good wee sweat up. I'll need to get a heavier bag though I reckon as I was only using my 25kg bag.

  5. Yeah, the cleans would be a good sub. For high pulls you need a bag with handles or one with enough material to grab onto - essentially a dynamic upright row (upright row with a knee bend in between).

    How many rounds did you get through?
