Todays Workout: Simple But Deadly

Todays workout is straightforward (so yes, you can try it) but can be as tough as you want it to be.

5 Pull Ups
10 Sandbag Thrusters

Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.

Men aim for a 35kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.
