Todays Workout - 60 Seconds

Sandbag Push Press, Sandbag High Pulls, Sandbag Back Squats, Sit Ups. Max repetitions in 60 seconds for each exercise with a running clock. Take 1 minute rest between rounds and repeat for 3 rounds total.
