30 Press/Push Ups, 30 Sit Ups, 30 Sandbag Push Press, 30 Squats. 3 rounds.

  6. Mad props to you guys. I tried this with a 35kg bag, and it took me 33:40. 90 reps of each of those pretty much did me in.

    Jon B - you've got a time to beat now, that's how I always look at these things - especially when the workout feels really tough. As long as you keep a note of each time you'll have something to aim for.
