Find a hill of approximately 50 metres. Put your sandbag across your back and sprint up the hill. At the top, complete 10 squats. Jog back to the bottom of the hill and repeat for a total of 10 hill sprints. Do not, at any stage, put the sandbag down during this workout.
Record your time.
Train hard!
This is too much for me today after my 10 minutes of hell with the sandbag yesterday. Barbell squats today only but this one's going on the list. I wanna attempt it!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see you get a time on the board! I'm doing this in 3 hours and not looking forward to it...
ReplyDelete4 rounds- Plowed right into them without a warmup! I could have got another 1 or 2, but I would have been walking VERY slow....
ReplyDeleteWiegieboard- If you have the juice in the tank, do a sandbag ruck the distance on a treadmill or flat surface!

ReplyDeleteI'm really not looking forward to this now...
ReplyDeleteI sucked- I promise. Maybe wouldn't have been so bad if putting the sandbag down. It really starts to stress the chassis!
ReplyDeleteI managed 8 hills..ugh
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to Giving this one a go when my knee gets better! I also have the perfect hill in mind we used to call it killer hill! It's a beast! Incidentally the guy in the video was hardly sprinting shame on him!
ReplyDeletePerhaps I should have called it "as fast as you can" - sprinting was probably a little optimistic! I'll look forward to seeing how you get on
