Todays Workout - 5, 10, 15

5 Pull Ups, 10 Heavy Sandbag Push Press, 15 Squats. 10 rounds.

Men aim for a 50kg sandbag, women aim for 30kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!


  1. I got 7 rounds with a 35kg bag, took me 20 minutes. Impressive work as always, Matt.

  3. First time for me, Matt. Looks like I've lost a lot of muscular endurance while chasing my previous strength go. Looks like your workouts are going to correct that for me, and quickly!

  4. I think you'll still be able to maintain a good level of strength with most of these workouts too - maybe even gain some!
