11:28 with a 50kg bag
I got 7 rounds with a 35kg bag, took me 20 minutes. Impressive work as always, Matt.

First time for me, Matt. Looks like I've lost a lot of muscular endurance while chasing my previous strength go. Looks like your workouts are going to correct that for me, and quickly!
I think you'll still be able to maintain a good level of strength with most of these workouts too - maybe even gain some!
