Todays Workout - Ughh

10 Pull Ups, 15 Sit Ups, 20 Sandbag Overhead Press (strict), 25 Box Jumps. 5 rounds.

Men aim for a 30kg sandbag and 30" box jump, women aim for a 20kg sandbag and 30" box jump.

Record your time.
