Todays Workout - 10-1

Sandbag Cleans, Sandbag Push Press, Sandbag Back Squats. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for a 20kg sandbag.

Record your time.
