Todays Workout - Fifteen
15 Sandbag Zercher Squats, 15 Sit Ups, 15 Sandbag High Pulls. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.
Record your score.
