Todays Workout - High Rep Heartache

100 Sandbag Back Squats, 100 Press/Push Ups, 100 Sandbag High Pulls, 100 Sandbag Push Press, 100 Sandbag Shoulder Cleans. Complete any way you can.

  3. Matt, I'm afraid I'm Still not allowed to squat for another two months post surgery. Any ideas on what I should substitute the back squats & cleans for? Glen

  4. There isn't going to be a huge amount that you can do to replicate a squat I'm afraid - perhaps a load carry or weighted step up? Likewise with the cleans - I'd omit them. You have the high pulls anyway. Matt

  5. It took me an hour and 12 min to complete, with a 70lbs Brute Force Sand Bag. Great workout to end the year with. Thanks Coach!

  8. Hi Rick - the shoulder clean is literally a clean onto the shoulder. Alternate shoulders each time. You'll need to hold your sandbag width-ways instead of lengthways.
