Todays Workout - Modified Crossfit Cindy

5 Strict Pull Ups, 10 Press/Push Ups, 15 Sandbag Back Squats. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.


Men aim for a 30kg sandbag; women aim for 15kg.

Record your score.

  4. Dang-it man!! Just when I thought I was going to compete with you. I can complete 17 rds of Cindy so I thought I'd get close to your 15.

    WRONG!

    8 + 23 using 70lbs(31.8kgs) and I was doing chin ups instead of pull ups (trying to get more bicep work).

  5. Adding weight to those squats makes a BIG difference! This was one of the toughest workouts I've done for awhile
