Check this circuit. You might know it you might not. Learned it from a guy who called it the Atlas routine named after the greek god.

15 squats (both shoulder) (45 sec rest)
5 push press (45 sec rest)
5 straight rows (45 sec rest)
walk quarter of a track perform Get-up until you have walked the entire lap. (alternate shoulder at each quarter, 4 reps per lap)
(90 sec rest)
You "may" put the sandbag down during only the 90 sec rest. Use any grip you like to get in position for next lift.
