  2. Yeah - I'm pretty tired right now! Ladders are annoying in that you actually find yourself able to keep going rather than the luxury of saying f-it..this is too hard! Have you done this one?

    this is my first of your ladders.
    9:15 with 40kg on the high pulls and 15kg r-t-w.

    I found the pull ups the hardest, no change there.

    Matt putting another together for you but i need to know if you have a sled and 400ms to drag it before I post it.
