Todays Workout - Fifteen

15 Sandbag Deadlifts, 15 Sandbag Push Jerks. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

  1. I got 10 rounds with an 80kg bag for deadlifts and a 40kg bag for push jerks

    short and sweet.
    1 got 10.5 rounds with 60kg deadlifts and a 30kg bag for push jerks.

    I tried one of my bags which doesnt get as much use as it probably should, it has no handles and the sand is very loose inside. I used it for the push jerks and it sought of took me back to the whole grip strenght and instability. The weight was down but I really enjoyed having to adjust my posture and grips to wrestle it up each time.
