    that one hurt much more than I thought it would. Initially I thought ten rounds would be too short.

    avg hr 155bpm

    do you normally record your HR?? if so what does it usually sit on?

    I honestly haven't recorded my HR during a workout for a very long time - I like to think I have a fairly good idea of where I am, physically, at any one time though. My resting is about 48 last time I checked.
