Todays Workout - Push, Pull, Skip

20 Sandbag Push Jerks, 10 Pull Ups, 100 Skips. 5 rounds.


Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    12:43 with a 40kg Brute Force SB.

    Any form tips for the push jerks?? I kind found them like an assisted military press. Also found the in order to get the bag to my chest I had to curve my spine a bit (so I could get my head out of the way). Put a fair bit of loading on my lower back.

    Nice time by the way. Back on deck after following a different SB program for a bit. It was okay but a little lacking.

    The Sandbag Push Jerk is similar to an assisted military press. Dip under the sandbag, drive upwards through knee, hip and shoulder and dip under the sandbag again to finish.
