Death By....

Press/Push Ups and Sandbag High Pulls. Complete one repetition of each exercise in the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third minute etc. Keep going until you can't complete the required repetitions for each exercise in any given minute.

Record your total rounds.

Train hard!

  2. Good work Josh - and yeah, it gets very tough when you get up past round 10 or so. I'll give that workout a go - I've done it before but with thrusters instead of the sandbag burpees. Matt

  3. 21:34 with a 40kg bag.
    pull ups undergrasp strict form
    burpees were basically a push up then jump into a clean and press.
    HSPU wall supported but head finishing a tennis ball height off the ground.

    looking forward to you setting the time to beat matt.
