Todays Workout

5 Pull Ups, 5 Knees-to-elbows, 10 Sandbag Deadlifts, 10 Sandbag Back Squats, 15 Press Ups, 15 Round-the-worlds. 3 rounds.

  3. 9:30 90lbs bag and 22 lbs tornado ball. did 15 each way not sure if that was what you wanted. By the way love the site.

    This big friend will kill me ;-)

    I train only with a 32kg bag,but for me it is enough!So i respect your performance very much with this 80kg bag and by the way;my bodyweight is 78kg.... :-)
