Todays Workout - Sandbag Strength

Single-Arm Sandbag Deadlift, Sandbag Floor Press, Sandbag Thruster. Max repetitions on each exercise, rest for 3 minutes and repeat for 5 rounds in total. Aim to reach failure around 5-8 repetitions.
