Todays Workout - 10 to 1

10 to 1 of Sandbag Deadlifts, Press Ups, Pull Ups and Sandbag Zercher Squats. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    I have no bar or any other means of doing them???

  3. If you absolutely cannot get a bar then you could sub for sandbag high pulls or even sandbag bent-over-rows. If you want some tips on how to make your own pull up bar then let me know. Matt

    undergrasp chin ups. bear hug squats (heavy zerchers tend to aggrevate a lower back injury).

    preceeded by a 3.2km (2mile) cross country run (15:32)with mud.
